FESTBIER / GOLDEN LAGER, 25 IBU
This golden German-style lager is inspired by beers consumed in one-litre steins in Munich during the first couple weeks of September. A delicately sweet and floral malt profile is the star of the show here, supported by a super clean fermentation profile and subtle European noble hops. Prost!

2.75lbs Bestmalz Caramel Hell
1oz Saaz - 50min
1oz Saaz - 5min
2pkgs W34/70
Alcohol Content: 5.5 ABV
Bitterness: 25 IBU
MASH STEPS.
Mash: 67°C, 60 minutes

Fermentation: 12°C for 7 days, then free rise to 16°C
