7lbs Canadian 2 Row
6lbs Wheat Malt
2lbs Carafoam
0.4oz Chinook - Boil 60min
0.75oz Peppermint Tea 5min + Whirpool
1pkg WB-06
MASH STEPS.
Mash: 65°C, 60 min

FERMENTATION.
22°C for 4 days, then free rise to 25°C
