Bitterness: 40 IBU

4lbs Munich Malt
4lbs Vienna Malt
3lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 30L
1lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine
3oz Centennial - Boil 60 minutes
2oz Centennial - Boil 15 minutes
1oz Centennial - Whirlpool
2oz Centennial - Dry Hop 7 days
1pkg Nottingham

Mash: 66°C, 60 minutes
