11lbs Weyermann Pilsner
2lbs Wheat Malt
2lbs Carahell
0.8oz Magnum - Boil 60 minutes
1.3oz Bitter Orange Peel - Boil 15 minutes
2.0oz Coriander - Boil 15 minutes
500g Wyeast 3522 Ardennes Slurry
1.4oz Cashmere - Dry hop
MASH STEPS.
Mash: 66°C, 60 minutes
