TEA-INFUSED STRONG ALE

This strong ale is infused with Earl Grey tea, giving the beer a bergamot aroma complemented with matching hops that gives the beer a bitter bite. The Munich Type 3 malt gives the ale the color of a real earl grey cup of tea.

Mash: 66.5°C, 60 minutes

6lbs Wheat Malt

3lbs CaraMunich Type 3

2.2oz Magnum - Boil 60 minutes

0.7oz Citra - Boil 10 minutes

0.7oz Cascade - Flame out + Whirlpool

0.7oz Golding - Flame out + Whirlpool

0.7oz Organic Earl Grey Tea Leaves Flame out + Whirlpool

1.4oz Citra - Dry hop

1.4oz Golding - Dry hop

0.7oz Organic Earl Grey Tea Leaves - Dry hop

1pkg Safale US-05

Alcohol Content: 6.3 ABV

Bitterness: 61 IBU
