CHAMPAGNE STYLE INDIA PALE ALE

Named after its similar qualities to Champagne, the Brut IPA is super dry with high carbonation. Expect a crisp, light-bodied mouthfeel with subtle hints of citrus zest on the palate and aromas of stone fruit.

Bitterness: 50 IBU

19 lbs Canadian 2-Row

5 lbs Maris Otter

1 oz Nugget - Boil 60 mins

2 oz Citra - Whirlpool

2 oz Galaxy - Dry Hop

2 oz Amarillo - Dry Hop

1-3 mL Amylo 300 - End of Fermentation

Mash In: 66.5°C, 60 minutes
