PASTRY STOUT
A Pastry Stout is an intentionally sweet stout, often made to mimic a specific dessert.
Our Pastry Stout has a high ABV combined with a little sweetness. This is very much a dessert stout with caramel malt, vanilla, and cocoa nib, inspired by cookies. Unlike most pastry stouts, this brew does not contain lactose, making it completely vegan and lactose free.

1.4lbs Simpsons Crystal Light
1.4lbs Special B
0.3lbs Carafa 3 Special
1oz Nugget Hops - Boil 60min
2pkgs Wy1272
1 tbsp Madagascar Vanilla - Fermentation
1lb Cacao Nibs - Post Fermentation
Alcohol Content: 10% ABV
Bitterness: 17 IBU
